How to Activate International transaction-Guidelines
Below is the step-by-step guide to activate international transactions on SBI debit cards using SBI YONO app:
- Download the SBI YONO app on your phone.
- Log in to the app using the 6-digit PIN.
- Then tap on the menu icon from the top left side.
- Tap on the Service Request option from the menu and select service request.
- Now, tap on the ATM/Debit Card option and select the debit card.
- Enter your SBI profile password and click on the Submit button.
- From the drop-down list, select account number, then select the card number and then click on the “Manage Usage” option.
- Log in to the app using the 6-digit PIN.
- Now, Enable International Usage by tapping on a Toggle button. Click on the Next button to submit the request.
- On the new screen, enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and tap on the Submit button.
Every bank follows different methodologies to activate the international transaction facility on debit cards. Please contact your bank or visit your bank's website to activate your debit card for international transactions.
